Revoke backup share access

If you revoke access to the shared backup(s), the user and group can no longer view or access the backups in their Portworx Backup instance.

  1. To revoke access to a single backup from user(s) or group(s):

    • In the home page, go to left navigation pane.

    • In the left navigation pane, click All Backups.

    • In All backups page, navigate to the backup for which you want to revoke access, click Vertical ellipsis > Share.

    • Delete the user(s) or group(s) from Groups or Users field and click Share.

      You can simultaneously delete multiple users or groups to revoke their access to a single backup.

  2. To revoke access to all shared backups of a cluster from all the users and groups:

    • In the home page, go to left navigation pane and click All Backups.

    • In the upper-right corner of the All Backups page, click Share Cluster Backups.

    • In Share Cluster Backups window, navigate to the required user(s) and/or group(s) and click the delete icon to delete them and then click Share:

      You can simultaneously delete multiple users or groups to revoke their access to all shared backups of a cluster.
