Install and Upgrade Portworx Backup

Applicable to Classic mode only

You can install Portworx Backup on both on-premises Kubernetes clusters and cloud clusters.

On on-premises or cloud clusters, first Generate Portworx Backup Spec. Then install Portworx Backup using one of the following methods:

• Helm. For more information, see Install Portworx Backup using Helm.
• Argo CD. For more information, see Install Portworx Backup Using Argo CD.

On cloud clusters, you can also install Portworx Backup from the marketplace of the cloud provider. For more information, see Install Portworx Backup from Cloud Marketplaces.
