Uninstall on AWS EKS
Uninstalling Portworx from your AWS EKS and EKS-D clusters can be approached in two primary ways:
-
Removing from a Particular Node: If you need to remove Portworx from a specific node (for example, during node maintenance or scaling down operations), refer to the Decommission a Node section for detailed steps.
-
Removing Portworx from the Entire Cluster: For a complete uninstallation of Portworx from all nodes in your EKS or EKS-D cluster, including the removal of all associated Portworx components and data, see the Uninstall Portworx using the Operator section.
Both methods ensure a safe and thorough removal of Portworx from your AWS Kubernetes environment, whether it's from specific nodes or the entire cluster.
